At Making A Difference Staffing, we believe high-quality support should be accessible to everyone. We offer this coaching at a specialized, affordable rate to ensure that individuals in our communities—and especially graduates of our Workforce Difference Solutions℠ program—have a consistent "listening ear" and accountability partner. This is our commitment to your lifelong transformation. We believe cost should never be a barrier to positive transformation.

To begin, we offer two complimentary 30-minute sessions to explore your goals and see if this journey feels right for you.

While we offer this as a community give-back, these sessions utilize the same professional-grade mindset strategies found in our high-retention corporate programs.


  • Each participant is required to pay $35.00 upfront to secure their two free sessions. 
  • Upon completing both free sessions, the $35.00 is applied as a credit for their third session (their first "official" paid session).
  • If the participant "no-show", the $35.00 is kept for our time. This ensures we only talk to people who are serious about the journey ahead.
