Melody Smith is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Making A Difference Staffing™, a workforce strategy organization committed to helping employers build stronger, more stable, and sustainable workforces. Rooted in Empathy, Advocacy, and Equity. With a degree in Office Management and a background in Human Resources, Melody launched her business to create fair and dignified employment opportunities, particularly for those who are often overlooked.
Since incorporating in 2016, Melody has grown her company from a one-woman staffing operation to a purpose-driven organization committed to helping employers build stronger, more stable, and sustainable workforces.
She is a proud alumna of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program (Cohort 3), where she gained tools to scale her impact and elevate her vision.
A champion of second chances, Melody brings a deeply human approach to staffing, supporting both businesses and job seekers with compassion, strategy, and sincerity.
