With a degree in Office Management and a background in Human Resources, Melody launched her business to create fair and dignified employment opportunities, particularly for those who are often overlooked.
Since incorporating in 2016, Melody has grown her company from a one-woman staffing operation to a purpose-driven organization committed to making a difference.
She is a proud alumna of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program (Cohort 3), where she gained tools to scale her impact and elevate her vision.
