A participant’s car wouldn’t start on Day 3 of a new role, because our team was already scheduled for a 6:00 AM On-Site Check-In, we were able to coordinate immediate transport and notify the supervisor before the shift began. Instead of a No-Call, No-Show termination, the participant was on the floor by 6:15 AM. That is the difference intentional active advocacy makes.
